Speaking

Over the years, I’ve spoken at design schools, online workshops, podcasts, and private team sessions — mostly about product design, growth, and navigating a creative career path.

My favourite part? Sharing honest stories and practical insights that help other designers and creatives feel less alone in the messy middle.

If you’re organizing a talk, class, or event — and looking for someone who can connect with designers, founders, freelancers, or international product teams — I’d be happy to hear from you.

SHORT BIO

Kristina is a former CMO turned self-taught designer. After a few years freelancing, she joined Sweatcoin as a Growth Product Designer, helping them grow by 80M+ users. Now she’s back to freelancing and mentoring — helping solopreneurs and content creators build standout digital products.

MEDIUM BIO

Kristina is a former Chief Marketing Officer who transitioned into design in 2019. She started as a freelance designer, building Shopify stores and Webflow sites for small businesses. Later, she joined Sweatcoin’s Growth Team, where she helped acquire over 80M+ new users.

Since 2022, she’s been teaching UI and product design at Dribbble and mentoring at Liftyz. In 2024, Kristina returned to freelance work, now focusing on helping creators and solopreneurs — while also teaching at Growth Design School.

LONG BIO

Kristina is a growth-minded product designer with a background in marketing. She started her career in tech as a Chief Marketing Officer, but made a bold shift in 2019 to become a self-taught designer. She spent several years freelancing, creating Webflow websites and Shopify stores for small businesses.

In 2021, she joined Sweatcoin as a Senior Product Designer on the Growth Team. Her marketing-meets-design mindset played a big part in helping the app grow by 80M+ new users.

She’s also passionate about teaching — having mentored hundreds of designers at Dribbble and Liftyz since 2022. In 2024, she returned to freelance work full-time and now focuses on helping content creators and solopreneurs build clean, conversion-driven digital experiences. She also teaches at Growth Design School and runs a couple of her own creative side projects — from a newsletter to design resources.

Outside of work, Kristina’s usually somewhere in Asia — living the digital nomad life between Japan, Taiwan, and beyond. She works from cozy cafés or coworking spaces, and sneaks in crossfit, weightlifting, or yoga classes whenever she can. She loves discovering new food spots, biking around local neighborhoods, and ending the day with a book and a glass of wine.
